◎ Quality assurance

Upholding the concept of people oriented, customer first, scientific development and ceaseless span, the Company shall internally carry forward enterprise culture, carry out quality assurance system and externally convey enterprise spirit and build up brand concept. In order to ensure quality, the Company has prepared first-class production and testing equipment. It produces seamless steel tube 25,000 tons/year and welding pipe 5000 tons/year.

It's main equipment configuration areφ76mm punch unit, 6 LG50, LG60-2H mongline cold rolling machines, 12 LB-5T~LB-200T cold-drawing benches, 2 LD90-1H cold rolling production lines and 2 LG-30-H production lines as well as equipped with such accessory production devices as acid, fine adjustment. Main testing equipment are direct-read Spectral Meter, material testing machine, Digital Rockwell hardness tester, steel tube eddy-current dection device and steel tube ultrasonic flaw detector.

◎ Finished product check
In order to satisfy customers’ demand, checkers of quality control department shall perform final inspection and test according to the product standard executed by order, analyze chemical composition of incoming material and finished product in accordance with the standard requirements, test mechanical performance, chemical performance of finished product and carry on bow wave and ultrasonic nondestructive flaw detection in order to ensure product quality. In addition, the checkers shall in accordance with technical terms and conditions of product standard check internal and external surface, end exterior, camber, boundary diameter and wall size. When it is acceptable in checking and testing, product certificate will be issued. The customer is guaranteed to apply satisfactory product.
